Our Partners

YWCA Housing works in partnership with government, not for profit and corporate organisations that all play a critical role in assisting YWCA to create sustainable, connected communities for our residents. These partnerships provide donations, support, funding, volunteers and joint ventures.

YWCA is looking for new opportunities to partner to increase the supply of safe, affordable housing for women on low income. YWCA has a long, vibrant housing history opening its first hostel for women in Melbourne in 1887 and has housed many thousands of Victorian women through-out the years. It’s most recent developments has seen a $6M upgrade to the YWCA 69 bed rooming house property in Richmond, six newly built units in Geelong and a current profit for purpose housing development in Bendigo.
